This Privacy Policy explains how Just Plane Yoga (“we,” “us”) handles information when you visit justplaneyoga.com.

Information we collect

Email signups. If you request our free guide or newsletter, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your first name. Signups are processed by our email provider, AWeber, and we record which page you signed up from.
Contact form. If you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can reply.
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider and our network provider (Cloudflare) automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of visit, for security and performance.
Tool settings. Our tools run in your browser. Preferences and any routines you save (for example, in the session timer) are stored only in your browser’s local storage on your device and aren’t sent to us.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. If enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies (such as _ga) to collect usage information like pages visited and approximate location. Advertising

We don’t currently show display advertising. If we add advertising in the future (for example, Google AdSense), third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Affiliate programs

We participate in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, Just Plane Yoga earns from qualifying purchases. When you click an Amazon link, Amazon may set cookies to attribute purchases to us. This site doesn’t set its own tracking cookies. Email

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us to be removed. AWeber’s handling of subscriber data is described in AWeber’s Privacy Policy.

Data retention

We keep email subscriber information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping. Analytics data, if collected, follows the retention setting of the analytics provider.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or California’s CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, contact us.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
